After School Program
We are so excited to kick off our 2019-20 Excellence In Education After School Program. We are thrilled to announce that this year the program will be held at the elementary. Once again, the MVE Excellence In Education Program will be from 3:30-5:00 on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Our starting date will be November 18 (see specific calendar attached). No after school will be held on early dismissal days, days not in session or when a winter storm watch is posted. The program will have two target areas:

The program will target literacy and math for MVE students in grades K-12. District certified teachers will be available to work on specific skills students may need assistance with mastering.

The second target will be structured homework setting to complete any homework. There will also be school staff or student volunteers to assist with homework completion.

Snacks will be provided to the students daily.

For safety issues, the application must be filled out completely before a student is allowed to attend. Please make sure to list any health issues that we will need to be aware of to ensure your child’s safety.

Students must be picked up at 5:00 each day. We will have a sign out sheet in the cafeteria for parents to sign out their child when they are picked up.
