📢 Safety First at Mount Vernon-Enola School District One of the key goals in our District’s Strategic Plan for school safety is perimeter fencing, and we’re excited to share progress on this initiative! Thanks to a grant, we’ve made significant strides in securing our campus. High School update: Starting Tuesday, January 7th, after the tardy bell rings, all gates will be closed and remain locked until after parent pick-up is complete. This measure is designed to limit foot traffic and ensure a safer environment for our students and staff. We’re not done yet! Additional fencing will be installed this summer to further enhance campus security. We’re proud to make our campus a safe place to learn and grow!
