Vernon-Enola, our students and teachers are embracing creativity in the classroom while making learning fun and engaging! 🍞 Mrs. Sara's 3rd Grade Class explored the art of writing by crafting step-by-step paragraphs on how to make PB&J sandwiches. The best part? Mrs. Sara followed their instructions to bring their writing to life—deliciously! 🏠 5th and 6th Grade GT Students let their imaginations run wild by designing Gingerbread Houses using graham crackers and candy. The results were as unique and colorful as the students themselves! 🍕 High School Life Skills Class dove into culinary creativity, mastering the art of making breakfast pizzas—a skill that’s both practical and tasty! 👏 Great job to our students and teachers for turning learning into an exciting, hands-on adventure!

Honoring Our Veterans Yesterday, we hosted a heartfelt breakfast to honor the Veterans in our community! Students, staff, and guests came together to recognize the dedication and sacrifices of our armed forces. Special thanks to Mt. Vernon Feed and Stuff for providing the meal and our incredible Food Service staff for making it happen. In preparation for Veterans Day, students read America’s White Table by Margo Raven, and we set a special table in remembrance of service members fallen, missing, or held captive.
