MVE sophomores and juniors had the opportunity to explore tech careers at the Business and Industry Showcase on the ASUB-Searcy campus. Students toured career and technical programs, connecting with industry professionals and learning about hands-on training in:
• Automotive Technology
• Computerized Machining Technology
• Diesel Technology
• HVAC-R Technology
• Medical Professions
• Power Sports Technology
• Practical Nursing
• Welding Technology
This event gave students a firsthand look at career pathways and the chance to meet employers seeking future professionals. #FlightoftheWarhawk








There will be special board meetings on Monday, April 8, Tuesday, April 9, Thursday, April 10, and Friday, April 11, all at 5:30 p.m. in the high school library.

School safe rooms will be available to students and community members today at each campus.
- High school campus in Mt. Vernon: Access through the north parking lot inside the fence. The entrance door is located at the ramp.
- Elementary campus in Enola: Parking is on the east side of the campus by the playground. The gate will be open, and entry is through the brown door.
Please note there is a strict no pets policy to ensure everyone's safety. While we aim to accommodate as many people as possible, space is limited. Please only bring essential items. #FlightoftheWarhawk

MVE School Board Campus Visits
The MVE School Board of Education will be touring each campus on Wednesday, March 19, 2025. During their visit, board members will have the opportunity to connect with staff and students, gaining insight into daily activities and school operations.
